I do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been shipped. Items are shipped within 2-10 business days after purchase, but should you change your mind on the order do not hesitate to email me through my website and I will honor a refund (as long as the order has not been shipped).
Refunds take 3-10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.
I will try with the best of my ability to wrap it securely. If a piece arrives broken or if you encounter any issues with your order please email me at jessicatburt.dragonfiredpottery@gmail.com with photos of the piece.
I do accept order cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped.
Currently I am only able to ship in the US I hope to expand in the future.
If you live in the Tulsa area I offer personal delivery! Please tell me if your interested when you submit your order! Personal delivery here in Tulsa is a great way to guarantee your piece will have a secure delivery. The local delivery services are known for not handling packages with care.
